Job Overview We are actively seeking a compassionate and experienced Urdu/Hindi-speaking caregiver to join our dedicated team. If you are energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about caregiving, we want to hear from you!Duties<ul><li>Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support </li><li>Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and observing for any changes in condition </li><li>Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences </li><li>Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and safety </li><li>Support patients with memory care needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care strategies </li><li>Use specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts or resident lifts to ensure safe transfers and mobility assistance </li><li>Maintain detailed documentation of care activities, patient progress, and incident reports </li><li>Engage in patient monitoring to identify early signs of health issues or behavioral changes </li><li>Perform light cleaning duties to uphold a safe and hygienic environment </li><li>Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Fluent in Urdu or Hindi with excellent verbal communication skills in both languages </li><li>Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities or in senior care settings such as assisted living or nursing homes </li><li>Knowledge of first aid, CPR certification, and basic nursing skills including vital signs monitoring and medication administration </li><li>Experience with dementia or Alzheimer&rsquo;s care, hospice care, or working within home health environments is highly desirable </li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary </li><li>Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality </li><li>Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and reporting changes promptly </li><li>Compassionate attitude with excellent interpersonal skills to connect effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds</li></ul>Join us in delivering exceptional care that transforms lives!
