Job Overview
We are actively seeking a compassionate and experienced Urdu/Hindi-speaking caregiver to join our dedicated team. Duties

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and observing for any changes in condition
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
• Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and safety
• Support patients with memory care needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care strategies
• Use specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts or resident lifts to ensure safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Maintain detailed documentation of care activities, patient progress, and incident reports
• Engage in patient monitoring to identify early signs of health issues or behavioral changes
• Perform light cleaning duties to uphold a safe and hygienic environment
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements

• Fluent in Urdu or Hindi with excellent verbal communication skills in both languages
• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities or in senior care settings such as assisted living or nursing homes
• Knowledge of first aid, CPR certification, and basic nursing skills including vital signs monitoring and medication administration
• Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care, hospice care, or working within home health environments is highly desirable
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality
• Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and reporting changes promptly
• Compassionate attitude with excellent interpersonal skills to connect effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
