ob Purpose:To ensure the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and practices at interior fit-out project sites. The Safety Officer is responsible for preventing accidents, promoting safety awareness, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and client requirements.Key Responsibilities:1. Safety Compliance &amp; Inspections<ul><li>Conduct daily site safety inspections to ensure adherence to HSE standards and regulations.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, and practices to ensure compliance with safety standards.</li><li>Ensure all fit-out activities (civil, electrical, carpentry, MEP, etc.) are carried out safely.</li></ul>2. Risk Assessment &amp; Control<ul><li>Identify potential hazards, assess risks, and implement preventive measures.</li><li>Prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Method Statements for high-risk activities.</li><li>Maintain updated risk registers for all ongoing site activities.</li></ul>3. Safety Training &amp; Awareness<ul><li>Conduct safety inductions for new workers and toolbox talks regularly.</li><li>Promote a culture of safety through awareness campaigns and training sessions.</li><li>Ensure all workers are equipped with the necessary PPE and trained in its proper usage.</li></ul>4. Incident Reporting &amp; Investigation<ul><li>Report and record all accidents, incidents, and near-misses immediately.</li><li>Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis, and suggest corrective/preventive actions.</li><li>Maintain incident and injury logs and share reports with management.</li></ul>5. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain safety files, permits, registers, inspection checklists, and daily HSE reports.</li><li>Ensure safety signage, evacuation plans, and emergency contact numbers are posted on-site.</li><li>Coordinate with client representatives and consultants during safety audits.</li></ul>6. Emergency Preparedness<ul><li>Implement site emergency response plans including fire drills, evacuation procedures, and first-aid support.</li><li>Coordinate with medical teams and emergency services in case of serious incidents.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Education: Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Science + Safety Certification (NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA or equivalent).</li><li>Experience: Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience in HSE role, preferably in the interior fit-out or construction industry.</li><li>Familiarity with local HSE regulations, IS codes, and client safety standards.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of safety procedures in interior fit-out environments.</li><li>Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple sites if required.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and HSE documentation.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Expected Start Date: 15/09/2025

Job Title: Site Supervisor &ndash; Interior Fit-OutJob Summary:The Site Supervisor &ndash; Interior Fit-Out is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating between subcontractors, ensuring work is completed according to design specifications and project schedules, and maintaining site safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Project Supervision:</li><li>Supervise and coordinate all site activities related to interior fit-out including partitions, ceilings, flooring, MEP installations, joinery, painting, and finishes.</li><li>Monitor daily work progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and approved drawings.</li><li>Team Coordination:</li><li>Coordinate between different teams including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.</li><li>Provide instructions and support to workers, ensuring productivity and efficiency on-site.</li><li>Quality Assurance:</li><li>Conduct quality inspections and ensure that all work meets required standards and specifications.</li><li>Report non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.</li><li>Time Management:</li><li>Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.</li><li>Provide daily and weekly progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.</li><li>Health and Safety:</li><li>Enforce health and safety regulations on-site.</li><li>Ensure all personnel adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE).</li><li>Documentation and Reporting:</li><li>Maintain site records including daily logs, site instructions, inspection requests, and material receipts.</li><li>Coordinate site inspections with clients and consultants.</li><li>Material and Resource Management:</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.</li><li>Monitor the usage of materials to minimize wastage and cost overruns.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in interior fit-out projects (residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.).</li><li>Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management software is a plus.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Expected Start Date: 15/09/2025
