This individual will collaborate with homeowners, contractors, and trade professionals to design beautiful and functional living spaces. With a focus on client experience, innovation, and attention to detail, this role is essential in delivering the high standards and personalized service that define KSI Kitchen &amp; Bath.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement:<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the design process.</li><li>Understand client needs, provide product education, and deliver tailored design solutions.</li><li>Present compelling design concepts, floor plans, and proposals that bring spaces to life.</li></ul>Design Excellence:<ul><li>Create professional and innovative designs using 2020 Design.</li><li>Ensure that designs are accurate, compliant with company standards, and aligned with customer goals.</li><li>Collaborate with the showroom team to manage administrative tasks while focusing primarily on creative work.</li></ul>Sales &amp; Business Development:<ul><li>Proactively generate new leads through showroom traffic, referrals, industry relationships, and networking.</li><li>Provide timely and detailed proposals, quotes, and revisions to assist clients in decision-making.</li><li>Support business growth by converting leads into projects and building long-term client relationships.</li></ul>Project Coordination:<ul><li>Maintain communication with customers, contractors, and installers to ensure a smooth installation process.</li><li>Monitor project milestones and address issues to ensure timely and successful completion.</li><li>Maintain documentation in CRM and ensure follow-up tasks are scheduled and completed.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Culture:<ul><li>Work closely with showroom teams, product specialists, and operations staff to deliver a cohesive client experience.</li><li>Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and embracing continuous improvement.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of experience in kitchen and bath design or remodeling (required).</li><li>Proficiency in 2020 Design software, CAD or similar software (required).</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.</li><li>Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and quality.</li><li>Passion for design, creativity, and improving the way people live.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design or related field (preferred).</li></ul>Why Join KSI?<ul><li>A culture rooted in our Core Values: People, Partnership, and Process.</li><li>Competitive base compensation commensurate with experience and commissions based on sales.</li><li>Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and more.</li><li>Discounts on cabinetry and home improvement products.</li><li>Investment in your professional growth: industry certifications, trade events, photography &amp; award submissions, and more.</li><li>Local showroom-based roles with minimal travel.</li></ul>How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume and portfolio (if available) to mrenn@teamksi.com .
