Job Summary We are a warm, engaged family seeking an experienced, professional, and nurturing full-time nanny to care for our 6-month-old baby and 2.5-year-old toddler. This is a long-term role for someone who would like to grow with our family.Schedule &amp; Employment<ul><li>Hours: Monday&ndash;Friday, 7:00 AM&ndash;3:00 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends</li><li>Location: Beverly Hills</li><li>Employment: W-2</li><li>Competitive pay and standard benefits, commensurate with experience</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for both children</li><li>Plan engaging activities that support learning and milestones</li><li>Narrate, sing, and teach throughout the day</li><li>Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children</li><li>Take children on outings, playdates, and swimming (as appropriate)</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization related to the children (meals, laundry, play areas)</li><li>Communicate clearly and proactively with parents</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of full-time childcare experience with infants and toddlers</li><li>2+ years caring for multiple children (baby + toddler)</li><li>Experience with developmental milestones (introducing solids, motor skills, potty training)</li><li>Supports positive behavior and social-emotional development</li><li>Interest in or coursework in child development and familiarity with different early education philosophies such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or Waldorf (former teachers encouraged to apply)</li><li>Can drive; comfortable taking children to activities</li><li>History of long-term positions</li><li>Active CPR certification</li></ul>Personal Qualities<ul><li>Loves children</li><li>Calm, professional, and reliable</li><li>Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented</li><li>Easy-going, flexible, and positive</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
