Nanny / Caregiver

Job Summary
We are a warm, engaged family seeking an experienced, professional, and nurturing full-time nanny to care for our 6-month-old baby and 2.5-year-old toddler. This is a long-term role for someone who would like to grow with our family.

Schedule & Employment

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends
• Location: Beverly Hills
• Employment: W-2
• Competitive pay and standard benefits, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for both children
• Plan engaging activities that support learning and milestones
• Narrate, sing, and teach throughout the day
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
• Take children on outings, playdates, and swimming (as appropriate)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization related to the children (meals, laundry, play areas)
• Communicate clearly and proactively with parents

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time childcare experience with infants and toddlers
• 2+ years caring for multiple children (baby + toddler)
• Experience with developmental milestones (introducing solids, motor skills, potty training)
• Supports positive behavior and social-emotional development
• Interest in or coursework in child development and familiarity with different early education philosophies such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or Waldorf (former teachers encouraged to apply)
• Can drive; comfortable taking children to activities
• History of long-term positions
• Active CPR certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
