Knowledge of IDS is a must.As an F&amp;B Manager, you will ensure smooth operations of the F&amp;B outlets including a large Banqueting facility, in order to deliver a memorable experience to guests.You will work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef, leading and evolving the F&amp;B operations at the resort, driving revenues, ensuring that high standards are met and guests&rsquo; expectations are exceeded.The core skills and experience required to succeed:Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry;Previous experience of working in highly acclaimed venues which have a reputation for great service;Strong leadership and motivational skills which are capable of nurturing, developing and inspiring team members;Previous experience as a Food &amp; Beverage Manager or Assistant Food &amp; Beverage Manager is a must.An authentic &amp; inspiring leader;To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach and have experience in empowering the team to successfully meeting expectations;Strong leadership and motivational skills which are capable of nurturing, developing and inspiring team members;Perks: A competitive salary package with Single status accommodation and duty meals will be provided.
