Food and Beverage Manager

We are looking for someone who is experienced, preferably a diploma degree holder in Hospitality.

The ideal candidate will be a true epicurean – a food and beverage enthusiast, who will maintain a solid and up-to-date understanding of the restaurant & bar and banqueting. Knowledge of IDS is a must.

As an F&B Manager, you will ensure smooth operations of the F&B outlets including a large Banqueting facility, in order to deliver a memorable experience to guests.

You will work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef, leading and evolving the F&B operations at the resort, driving revenues, ensuring that high standards are met and guests’ expectations are exceeded.

The core skills and experience required to succeed:

Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry;

Previous experience of working in highly acclaimed venues which have a reputation for great service;

Strong leadership and motivational skills which are capable of nurturing, developing and inspiring team members;

Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is a must.
