Job Description &ndash; Senior ETL &amp; Power BI DeveloperExp - 7-8yrsLocation - Coimbatore We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ETL &amp; Power BI Developer with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Data Integration, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and Dashboard Development. The ideal candidate must be capable of understanding complex business requirements and delivering end-to-end data and reporting solutions. The candidate should also be able to lead a small team, perform code reviews, ensure best practices, and support critical production systems.Mandatory Skills:ETL &amp; Database<ul><li>Strong hands-on skills in SQL and SSIS.</li><li>Solid understanding of stored procedures, views, triggers, functions, and performance tuning.</li><li>Experience in ETL design, Data Extraction from sources (SQL, Oracle, Excel, SharePoint, Flat files, etc.).</li><li>Strong knowledge in data profiling, data analysis, and integration techniques.</li><li>Ability to review code, perform QA, and ensure adherence to standards.</li><li>Understanding and implementation experience of Data Warehousing and Data Models (both existing and new).</li></ul>Power BI &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Strong expertise in Power BI dashboard/report development.</li><li>Deep understanding of Data Modelling, DAX, and MDX.</li><li>Experience with data preparation, Power BI Gateway, publishing, scheduling, and administration.</li><li>Ability to implement Row-Level Security, performance tuning, and design best practices.</li></ul>Good to Have<ul><li>SQL DBA knowledge (Backup/Restore, Partitioning, Job Scheduling &amp; Monitoring).</li><li>Knowledge of other BI tools like Tableau, QlikView, etc.</li></ul>Roles and ResponsibilitiesETL / Database Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, develop, tune, and maintain SSIS packages for end-to-end ETL processes.</li><li>Work with diverse data sources and ensure reliable extraction, transformation, and loading.</li><li>Implement error handling, logging, and redirection strategies within SSIS.</li><li>Develop and optimize SQL procedures, functions, views, and triggers for ETL workflows.</li><li>Participate in data modelling and assist in Data Warehouse design.</li><li>Prepare technical specifications, data mappings, and documentation as per standards.</li><li>Troubleshoot data issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production incidents within SLA.</li><li>Deploy ETL solutions across environments and handle SQL Job scheduling and monitoring.</li><li>Conduct unit testing and ensure reusable, scalable, and high-performance ETL modules.</li><li>Integrate ETL processes with reporting solutions to deliver consistent data across the enterprise.</li></ul>Power BI / Dashboard Responsibilities:<ul><li>Interact with business teams to understand requirements and develop use cases.</li><li>Prototype, design, and build visually rich dashboards and reports.</li><li>Develop KPIs, scorecards, and analytical visuals using Power BI Desktop.</li><li>Perform data transformations, modelling, and create optimized DAX measures.</li><li>Implement security models (RLS) and best practices in Power BI.</li><li>Publish reports to Power BI Service, schedule refreshes, manage workspaces, and ensure smooth administration.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;100,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
