Payroll Assistant

Key Responsibilities1. General Maintenance<ul><li>Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across the resort, including guest rooms, villas, landscaping equipment, back-of-house areas, and public spaces.</li><li>Handle repairs related to electrical fixtures, plumbing issues, HVAC systems, carpentry, and basic civil work.</li></ul>2. Preventive Maintenance<ul><li>Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance for rooms, equipment, and utility systems.</li><li>Maintain proper records and report major issues to the supervisor.</li></ul>3. Resort Facility Upkeep<ul><li>Inspect water pumps, swimming pool equipment, garden lighting, pathway fixtures, and other outdoor utilities.</li><li>Support maintenance of recreation facilities, spa equipment, and restaurant utilities.</li></ul>4. Tools &amp; Equipment Handling<ul><li>Ensure proper use and upkeep of tools, machinery, and materials.</li><li>Report the requirement of spare parts in advance.</li></ul>5. Guest Support<ul><li>Attend guest complaints promptly and resolve technical issues quickly.</li><li>Ensure privacy, courtesy, and safety while entering guest areas.</li></ul>6. Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Follow all resort safety guidelines and maintenance SOPs.</li><li>Report hazards, equipment failures, or unsafe conditions immediately.</li><li>Support emergency response operations such as power outages, leaks, and breakdowns.</li></ul>7.
