- Performing therapies: Carrying out Ayurvedic treatments including Panchakarma therapies and other prescribed procedures, while strictly following health, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Preparing and setting up: Preparing the therapy and yoga rooms, arranging equipment and materials, and ensuring cleanliness before and after each session.
- Communicating with patients: Interacting with guests, understanding their health concerns, explaining procedures, reporting observations to the doctor, and assisting with prescribed medications and routines.
- Maintaining relationships: Building and maintaining positive guest relationships and motivating guests to continue therapies and wellness programs.
- Selling products and services: Promoting and selling Ayurvedic products, wellness packages, and yoga programs.
- Demonstrating knowledge: Displaying sound knowledge of Ayurvedic therapies, yoga practices, contraindications, and wellness products.
- Dealing with complaints: Handling guest feedback and complaints promptly, politely, and efficiently.
- Coordinating with doctors: Working closely with Ayurvedic doctors and wellness consultants to implement treatment and wellness plans.
- Conducting yoga sessions for guests: Planning and conducting individual and group yoga sessions, including asanas, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation techniques as per guests’ needs and medical advice.
