**Job Summary:**You would be perfect for this job if:1. You are a college student or taking a gap year2. You are a junior in high school getting ready for your senior year3. You are a retired teacher / substitute teacher or aspiring graduate student focusing on Education / Child Psychology to oversee daily operations and work with our students on an as-needed basis.The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills. I am looking for candidates with teaching experience with a passion for young children.**Duties:**- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency- Keep center clean, organized, and professional- Help with creative marketing projects- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures- Oversee front desk activities and ensure customer satisfaction- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively**Qualifications:**- Teaching experience - elementary, middle, high school (one, not all)- Proven experience in office management or a similar role- Strong knowledge of administrative tasks and procedures- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suite- Experience in after school tutoring centers is a plus- Exceptional phone etiquette skillsThis position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced office environment.
