Tutor - Kumon Math and Reading

**Job Summary:**

You would be perfect for this job if:

1. You are a college student or taking a gap year

2. You are a junior in high school getting ready for your senior year

3. You are a retired teacher / substitute teacher or aspiring graduate student focusing on Education / Child Psychology to oversee daily operations and work with our students on an as-needed basis.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills. I am looking for candidates with teaching experience with a passion for young children.

**Duties:**

- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency

- Keep center clean, organized, and professional

- Help with creative marketing projects

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures

- Oversee front desk activities and ensure customer satisfaction

- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively

**Qualifications:**

- Teaching experience - elementary, middle, high school (one, not all)

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of administrative tasks and procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suite

- Experience in after school tutoring centers is a plus

- Exceptional phone etiquette skills
