A well established Engineering Services/Testing, Inspection &amp; Certification Company in Kuwait is looking for a IT Support Specialist.Qualifications &amp; Requirements:VISA: Article 18 (Transferable only) WITH VALID CIVIL ID.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>User Support.</li><li>System Maintenance.</li><li>Software &amp; Hardware Setup.</li><li>Network Support.</li><li>Printer set up and Maintenance.</li><li>Documentation.</li><li>Security Support.</li><li>Training &amp; Assistance.</li><li>Vendor Coordination.</li><li>Software Installation.</li><li>System Back Ups &amp; Recovery.</li><li>IT Inventory Management.</li></ul>SkillsQualifications &amp; Requirements.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Eng., IT, or BCA a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience:2 to 3 years of hands on experience in IT support or a similar technical role,preferably in a company environment.Technical Skills:<ul><li>Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, operating systems &amp; office software.</li><li>Familiarity with ticketing systems.</li><li>Basic knowledge of HR/ACC systems.</li><li>Experience with setting up and troubleshooting all kinds of printers.</li><li>Experience with setting up and troubleshooting networking equipment(routers, switches, Wi-Fi)</li><li>Experience with back up solutions and disaster recovery planning.</li><li>Understanding of cybersecurity principles, firewalls, and anti-virus software.</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Problem-solving abilities; and attention to detail.</li><li>Communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation &amp; patience.</li><li>English ,Arabic Optional.</li></ul>Technology: Office 365 Email &amp; Admin, Windows Desktop &amp; Server OS, Knowlegde on Firewalls, Switches &amp; Routers Knowledge.
