Inspection & Certification Company in Kuwait is
looking for a IT Support Specialist.

Qualifications & Requirements:

VISA: Article 18 (Transferable only) WITH VALID CIVIL ID.

• Printer set up and Maintenance.

• System Back Ups & Recovery.
• IT Inventory Management.

Skills

Qualifications & Requirements.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Eng., IT, or BCA a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience:

2 to 3 years of hands on experience in IT support or a similar technical role,preferably in a company environment.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, operating systems & office software.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Basic knowledge of HR/ACC systems.
• Experience with setting up and troubleshooting all kinds of printers.
• Experience with setting up and troubleshooting networking equipment(routers, switches, Wi-Fi)
• Experience with back up solutions and disaster recovery planning.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles, firewalls, and anti-virus software.

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving abilities; and attention to detail.
• Communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong customer service orientation & patience.
• English ,Arabic Optional.

Technology: Office 365 Email & Admin, Windows Desktop & Server OS, Knowlegde on Firewalls, Switches & Routers Knowledge. Server Hardware.

Work Details: Timings: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
