 Qualifications &amp; Experience:

 Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, or relevant field (with equivalency by the Kuwait Ministry of Higher Education)

 Minimum of 6 Years of experience in Finance or Accounting
 </li>

 Key Accountabilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and analysis to support management decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and control of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal departments to collect financial information and support budgeting and reporting processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper recording in financial systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support internal and external audit processes by providing financial documentation and analysis.
 </li>

 Assist in developing and improving financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

 Prepare periodic financial performance reports for senior management.
 </li>

 Support financial planning and strategic initiatives within the organization.

 Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and financial reporting accuracy.

 Support the implementation of HR services across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, training, and exit clearance processes.

 Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process employee registrations and updates with relevant government authorities, including the Public Institution for Social Security (PIFSS) and the Public Authority of Manpower.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate HR administrative processes such as employment documentation, contract updates, employee data management, and official HR correspondence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the coordination and administration of employee training and development programs, including training logistics and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage employee exit procedures, including clearance processes and coordination with relevant internal departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in preparing HR reports, workforce data, and documentation to support HR operations and management decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and general HR inquiries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support payroll-related activities by ensuring accurate and timely updates of employee data and employment changes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the improvement of HR processes, systems, and operational workflows.
 </li>
