Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients.Duties<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral issues and needs.</li><li>Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.</li><li>Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions while collecting and analyzing data to track client progress.</li><li>Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.</li><li>Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavioral strategies and techniques.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records, intake forms, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.</li><li>Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities is essential.</li><li>Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and principles.</li><li>Familiarity with special education practices and working with people with disabilities.</li><li>Proficiency in data collection methods and patient assessment strategies.</li><li>Understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>A commitment to providing high-quality patient care while respecting client confidentiality.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
