Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral issues and needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions while collecting and analyzing data to track client progress.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
  • Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavioral strategies and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records, intake forms, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.

Requirements

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and principles.
  • Familiarity with special education practices and working with people with disabilities.
  • Proficiency in data collection methods and patient assessment strategies.
  • Understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality patient care while respecting client confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
