Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented individuals to meet our organization's staffing needs.Duties: - Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent - Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and organizational needs - Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms for candidate sourcing - Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance - Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders - Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding processesExperience: - Proven experience in relationship management and talent acquisition - Familiarity with human resources practices and recruitment software - Strong background in training development and employee orientation programs - Knowledge of social media management for recruitment purposesRequirements and skills&middot; Proven experience as recruiter or relevant position&middot; Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant methods&middot; Fast typing with experience in data entry&middot; Knowledge of procedures and guideline for emergency situations&middot; Proficient in English and also preferred bi-lingual in Spanish (oral and written)&middot; Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities&middot; Active listener with excellent communication skills&middot; Sound judgement and critical thinking&middot; High school diploma&middot; Publishing job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media&middot; Sourcing and contacting passive candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn)&middot; Conduct intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria for candidates&middot; Network with candidates offline during job fairs&middot; Screen resumes and job applications.&middot; Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires.&middot; Update clients on hiring status (e.g. number of screened candidates)&middot; Prepare candidates before interviews with clients&middot; Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities&middot; Keep detailed records of past applicants&rsquo; information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations&middot; Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with themThis position offers a competitive salary, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive work environment.
