&lt;Job Summary&gt; We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing core accounting functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting financial reporting processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a professional eager to develop their skills in corporate accounting within a collaborative and growth-focused environment.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Perform account reconciliation tasks, including balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger accounting, to ensure accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.</li><li>Conduct bank reconciliations and cash flow analysis to monitor liquidity and financial stability.</li><li>Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries, accrual accounting, and financial report writing.</li><li>Utilize various accounting software such as QuickBooks and Google Drive Dispatch Spreadsheets, or similar platforms to streamline financial operations.</li><li>Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities to support strategic decision-making.</li><li>Mentor junior team members by sharing technical accounting knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.</li></ul>&lt;Requirements&gt;<ul><li>Proven experience in corporate or public accounting with strong knowledge of GAAP and financial concepts.</li><li>Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms; experience with Microsoft Excel is essential.</li><li>Strong understanding of double entry bookkeeping, debits &amp; credits, journal entries, account reconciliation, and general ledger management.</li><li>Ability to interpret complex financial reports and conduct detailed financial analysis including cash flow analysis and budget variance analysis.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.</li><li>Demonstrated mentoring skills or experience supporting team development is desirable.
