CDL Driver &ndash; Roll-Off (DMV Area) Location: DMV Area (DC, Maryland, Virginia) Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Description: L4 Property Services is looking for a reliable and experienced CDL Driver (Roll-Off) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating roll-off trucks to transport and dispose of construction debris across multiple job sites in the DMV area.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate roll-off truck safely and efficiently</li><li>Deliver and pick up containers at construction sites</li><li>Ensure proper loading and securing of materials</li><li>Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance</li><li>Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies</li><li>Maintain communication with dispatch and project managers</li><li>Keep accurate logs and records as required</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Valid CDL Class A or B license</li><li>Clean driving record</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience operating roll-off trucks (preferred)</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings</li><li>Strong work ethic and reliability</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in construction, demolition, or waste management</li><li>Knowledge of DMV routes and job sites</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive pay (based on experience)</li><li>Steady, year-round work</li><li>Opportunities for growth</li><li>Supportive team environment</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
