CDL Driver – Roll-Off (DMV Area)
Location: DMV Area (DC, Maryland, Virginia)

Job Description:
L4 Property Services is looking for a reliable and experienced CDL Driver (Roll-Off) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating roll-off trucks to transport and dispose of construction debris across multiple job sites in the DMV area.

Responsibilities:

• Operate roll-off truck safely and efficiently
• Deliver and pick up containers at construction sites
• Ensure proper loading and securing of materials
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Maintain communication with dispatch and project managers
• Keep accurate logs and records as required

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A or B license
• Clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating roll-off trucks (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred:

• Experience in construction, demolition, or waste management
• Knowledge of DMV routes and job sites
