If you&rsquo;re passionate about numbers, detail-oriented, and eager to grow your accounting skills, this position is perfect for you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in maintaining accurate general ledger accounting records using R365</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to ensure consistency across all financial statements</li><li>Prepare and process journal entries, including debits &amp; credits, to record financial transactions accurately</li><li>Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions by verifying invoices</li><li>Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation to uphold financial integrity</li><li>Assist in payroll processing and tax-related activities, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)</li><li>Help with budgeting tasks and financial report writing to support organizational planning and decision-making</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong proficiency in accounting software such as R365</li><li>Knowledge of corporate accounting principles including GAAP, governmental accounting standards, and technical accounting practices</li><li>Familiarity with double entry bookkeeping, journal entries, account analysis, and general ledger accounting processes</li><li>Ability to perform bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation efficiently</li><li>Understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and tax experience related to non-profit or corporate settings</li><li>Excellent attention to detail with the ability to perform 10 key typing accurately under time constraints</li><li>Basic understanding of budgeting concepts and financial concepts related to governmental or non-profit organizations</li><li>Knowledge in restaurant accounting</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding journey where your skills will directly impact our organization&rsquo;s financial health!
