This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your passion for food, service excellence, and creating memorable moments for our guests.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive</li><li>Present menus confidently, highlighting specials and upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience</li><li>Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, ensuring all dietary needs and preferences are noted</li><li>Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards</li><li>Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations</li><li>Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments via OpenTable or other POS platforms</li><li>Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety regulations</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Extensive fine dining experience with a strong background in upscale food service environments</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that creates memorable guest interactions</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours</li><li>Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales while enhancing guest satisfaction</li><li>Experience in culinary settings or kitchen environments is a plus for better understanding of food preparation and presentation</li><li>Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members seamlessly</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for hospitality meets your love of fine cuisine.
