We are seeking a dependable, professional, and organized Medical Records Clerk to join our dental office team.This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys helping patients, and is interested in working in a professional dental environment. The right candidate will assist with chart organization, note-taking, patient scheduling, payments, mail handling, and general office support.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Organize, file, and maintain patient charts and records</li><li>Assist with note-taking and documentation as needed</li><li>Help schedule and confirm patient appointments</li><li>Collect patient payments</li><li>Receive, sort, and send mail</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to patients in person and over the phone</li><li>Help clean and turn over patient rooms when needed</li><li>Assist the doctor and team with additional tasks as needed</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Customer service experience preferred</li><li>Interest in dentistry or healthcare preferred</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Professional appearance and communication</li><li>Willingness to be flexible and help where needed</li><li>Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic</li></ul>Ideal Candidate:We are looking for someone who is reliable, positive, professional, and willing to support both the front and back office as needed.
