Job Title: HR Generalist (Temporary &ndash; 3-Month Maternity Leave Coverage) Location: Onsite in Riverton, NJ Pay Rate: $25&ndash;$30/hour (depending on experience) Duration: Approximately 3 monthsAbout the Role: We&rsquo;re seeking a hands-on HR Generalist (or experienced HR Coordinator) to provide support during a 3-month maternity leave coverage period. This is a great opportunity to step into a generalist role and contribute to day-to-day HR operations in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support daily HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.</li><li>Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping (experience with Paylocity a plus).</li><li>Coordinate benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.</li><li>Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and assisting with new hire documentation.</li><li>Provide general HR support and act as a resource for employees and managers.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years of HR experience as a Coordinator or Generalist.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Preferred: Experience with Paylocity payroll system.</li><li>Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and English.</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Fully onsite in Riverton, NJ.</li><li>Monday through Friday, standard business hours.</li></ul>Job Types: Contract, TemporaryProjected Total Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
