Human Resources Generalist

Job Title: HR Generalist (Temporary – 3-Month Maternity Leave Coverage)
Location: Onsite in Riverton, NJ
Pay Rate: $25–$30/hour (depending on experience)
Duration: Approximately 3 months

About the Role:
We’re seeking a hands-on HR Generalist (or experienced HR Coordinator) to provide support during a 3-month maternity leave coverage period. This is a great opportunity to step into a generalist role and contribute to day-to-day HR operations in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping (experience with Paylocity a plus).
• Coordinate benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.
• Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and assisting with new hire documentation.
• Provide general HR support and act as a resource for employees and managers.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of HR experience as a Coordinator or Generalist.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Preferred: Experience with Paylocity payroll system.
• Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Schedule:

• Fully onsite in Riverton, NJ.
• Monday through Friday, standard business hours.

Projected Total Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
