I am looking for someone who can build structure, think independently, follow through, and actively contribute to growth.Core ResponsibilitiesChoir Content Production (Approx. 2 Hours Weekly)<ul><li>Attend choir rehearsal at call time</li><li>Capture high-quality photos</li><li>Record short-form vertical videos</li><li>Document rehearsal and behind-the-scenes moments</li><li>Select and edit photos</li><li>Edit short-form videos</li><li>Build a structured visual archive</li></ul>Social Media Management &amp; Growth<ul><li>Plan weekly content strategy</li><li>Schedule and publish posts</li><li>Maintain consistency across platforms</li><li>Monitor engagement and audience growth</li><li>Suggest growth strategies</li><li>Identify trends and opportunities</li><li>Ensure content supports long-term brand development</li></ul>You are expected not only to post &mdash; but to think about growth.Personal Operations &amp; Weekly Coordination<ul><li>Structure and manage my weekly calendar</li><li>Organize and draft emails</li><li>Track pending tasks and follow-ups</li><li>Monitor deadlines and commitments</li><li>Remind me of overlooked items</li><li>Hold me accountable when necessary</li><li>Suggest improvements when you see inefficiencies</li></ul>You are not waiting for instructions.
