The Project Engineer will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage site operations.o Responsibilities:&middot; Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.&middot; Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines.&middot; Monitor and control site progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays.&middot; Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.&middot; Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and as-built drawings.&middot; Manage materials and equipment on-site, ensuring efficient utilization and minimizing waste.&middot; Liaise with the project manager, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.&middot; Ensure compliance with all relevant UAE building codes, regulations, and safety standards.&middot; Address and resolve any site-related issues or concerns promptly and effectively.o Qualifications:&middot; Experience: 7-10 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the UAE construction industry.&middot; UAE Experience: Must have proven experience working on construction projects in the UAE.&middot; Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.&middot; Certifications:o G+12 Certificate (Mandatory)o DM Certificate (Mandatory)&middot; Project Experience: Proven experience in both residential and commercial construction projects.&middot; Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.&middot; Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.&middot; Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Project Engineer (Construction)

Job Title: Gypsum Board ForemanLocation: Dubai, Business bayKey ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision &amp; Execution<ul><li>Supervise daily gypsum board works including partitions, ceilings, bulkheads, shafts, and decorative elements.</li><li>Read and interpret approved drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.</li><li>Ensure works are carried out as per approved method statements and project schedule.</li></ul>Manpower &amp; Material Management<ul><li>Allocate tasks to gypsum carpenters and helpers based on daily work plans.</li><li>Monitor productivity and workmanship of workers.</li><li>Ensure proper usage, storage, and handling of gypsum boards, studs, tracks, screws, and accessories.</li><li>Report material requirements and shortages to site engineer/store.</li></ul>Requirement,=&gt;Strong knowledge of gypsum board installation and finishing.=&gt; UAE experience required=&gt; Available for face to face interview.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
