Job Title: Store Keeper – Construction Site
Location: UAE, Business Bay, Dubai.

Job Summary

The Store Keeper is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate records of construction materials, tools, and equipment at the site. The role ensures proper stock control, timely availability of materials, and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

· Receive construction materials, tools, and equipment from suppliers as per purchase orders and delivery notes

· Verify quantity, quality, and specifications of incoming materials

· Arrange proper storage of materials in designated locations to avoid damage or loss

· Maintain accurate stock records (manual or ERP system) for all inward and outward materials

· Issue materials to site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors based on approved material requests

· Monitor stock levels and inform management for reordering before shortage occurs

· Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records

· Ensure proper handling and storage of cement, steel, pipes, electrical items, and other construction materials

· Maintain gate pass records for incoming and outgoing materials

· Coordinate with purchase and site engineering teams for material requirements

· Prevent wastage, theft, and unauthorized usage of materials

· Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area

Requirements

• Minimum 4–10 years’ experience in construction uae.
• Knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Good understanding of stock management and documentation
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
