Store Keeper

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper with hands-on experience using Zoho applications to manage inventory, stock records, and daily store operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory control, timely stock replenishment, and proper documentation while maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse or store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Zoho Inventory and related Zoho applications.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages.
• Issue materials and supplies according to company procedures.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare reports on inventory movements, stock status, and consumption.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and operations teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the store or warehouse.
• Handle documentation related to receipts, transfers, and dispatches.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in inventory or warehouse management are an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper or Inventory Controller.
• Proven experience with Zoho Inventory and other Zoho applications.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with barcode systems and ERP software is an added advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
