Store Keeper

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • 1–3 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory management.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software, ERP systems such as SAP).
  • Ability to prepare stock reports and maintain records.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Ability to receive, inspect, store, and issue materials.
  • Physical fitness to handle stock and warehouse activities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures.

Typical duties include:

  • Receiving and checking deliveries.
  • Maintaining inventory records.
  • Issuing materials and supplies.
  • Conducting stock counts.
  • Keeping the store organized and clean.
  • Reporting shortages or damaged items.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Clerk, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
