Duties & Responsibilities:
- 1–3 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory management.
- Knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software, ERP systems such as SAP).
- Ability to prepare stock reports and maintain records.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to receive, inspect, store, and issue materials.
- Physical fitness to handle stock and warehouse activities.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
Typical duties include:
- Receiving and checking deliveries.
- Maintaining inventory records.
- Issuing materials and supplies.
- Conducting stock counts.
- Keeping the store organized and clean.
- Reporting shortages or damaged items.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Clerk, or similar role.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
