You keep your cool in a fast-paced environment.Overview We are seeking a friendly and energetic Server-Barista or Lead, to join our team.This position is for our Mercer Island location.Role Overview: As a Barista, you&rsquo;ll represent our brand by delivering exceptional coffee and bakery experiences with genuine hospitality. This role combines beverage preparation, French-style table service, and retail sales.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and serve espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages</li><li>Provide attentive table service and maintain a clean, safe environment</li><li>Upsell pastries, packaged goods, and seasonal specials</li><li>Operate and maintain coffee equipment</li><li>Handle transactions accurately and assist with inventory management</li><li>Collaborate with team during peak hours and ensure excellent customer experience</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Ability to craft coffee drinks and customer service</li><li>Excellent Customer Service</li><li>Attention to details</li><li>Experience as Barista and Server required</li><li>Strong communication and multitasking skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team</li><li>Punctuality</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.13 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Why do you think you are the candidate we are looking for?</li><li>When are you available to start working?</li><li>This position requires to works through the week and be available from 7am to 5pm.
