You keep your cool in a fast-paced environment.Overview We are seeking a friendly and energetic Server-Barista and a Lead to join our team as full-time 40h/week including both Saturdays AND Sundays.This position is available for our Kirkland location.Role Overview: As a Barista, you&rsquo;ll represent our brand by delivering exceptional coffee and bakery experiences with genuine hospitality. This role combines beverage preparation, French-style table service, and retail sales.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and serve espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages using a manual coffee machine</li><li>Provide attentive table service and maintain a clean, safe environment</li><li>Upsell brunch menu, pastries, packaged goods, and seasonal specials</li><li>Operate and maintain coffee equipment</li><li>Handle transactions accurately and assist with inventory management</li><li>Collaborate with team during peak hours and ensure excellent customer experience</li><li>Ensure store compliance with Hygiene regulations</li><li>Ensure compliance with brand processes</li><li>Being a Brand ambassador</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Ability to craft coffee drinks and customer service using a manual coffee machine</li><li>Excellent Customer Service</li><li>Food service to the table (restaurant style)</li><li>Attention to details</li><li>Experience as Barista and Server required</li><li>Strong communication and multitasking skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team</li><li>Maintain Hygiene in the workplace</li><li>Respect and apply brand processes</li><li>Teamwork and strong communication skills</li><li>Punctuality</li><li>Upsell</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>This position is paid $17.13/h as Barista-server and $18.50 as a Lead+ tips (using a share pool) + Incentive</li><li>Each employee is entitled to 1 free coffee drink and 1 free baked good /shift</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $17.13 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Why do you think you are the candidate we are looking for?</li><li>When are you available to start working?</li><li>Salary for Server-Barista is $17.13/h + tips+ incentive.
