Overview
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Barista-Server available to work Saturdays and Sundays, to join our team in Mercer Island.

Positions available in our Mercer Island location.

Role Overview:
As a Barista, you’ll represent our brand by delivering exceptional coffee and bakery experiences with genuine hospitality. This role combines beverage preparation, French-style table service, and retail sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
• Provide attentive table service and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Upsell brunch, pastries, packaged goods, and seasonal specials
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment
• Handle transactions accurately and assist with inventory management
• Collaborate with team during peak hours and ensure excellent customer experience

Qualifications:

• Passion for service, coffee and customer service
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
• Punctuality

Pay: $17.13 per hour
