Job Title: Operations Manager &ndash; Caf&eacute;/RestaurantLocation: Umm Ramool, Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years Industry: Food &amp; Beverage / HospitalityAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our caf&eacute;/restaurant. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role within the F&amp;B or hospitality industry and hold a valid PIC (Person-In-Charge) Certificate or other relevant food safety certifications.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service</li><li>Monitor inventory, supply chain, and cost control</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations</li><li>Improve operational processes and customer satisfaction</li><li>Work closely with the team to maintain standards</li><li>Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly</li><li>Generate reports on performance, sales, and KPIs</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in F&amp;B/hospitality</li><li>Valid PIC Certificate or other related food safety/hygiene certifications</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Proficient in using POS systems and restaurant management software</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Arabic language skills are an advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
