Job Title: Marketing &amp; Creative DesignerIndustry: Caf&eacute; &amp; Flower ShopJob DescriptionWe are looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing &amp; Creative Designer to bring our caf&eacute; and flower shop brand to life. This role is ideal for someone who can think of fresh marketing ideas, plan, and design creative visuals that capture our brand&rsquo;s aesthetic. You will be involved in the full creative process&mdash;from concept development to final execution.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop creative marketing ideas and campaigns for the caf&eacute; and flower shop</li><li>Conceptualize, and plan to execute photo and video shoots</li><li>Prepare styling, layouts, and visual direction for shoots</li><li>Design marketing materials for social media, promotions, menus, and in-store use</li><li>Ensure all designs and content are aligned with the brand identity</li><li>Stay updated on trends in food, floral, and lifestyle branding</li><li>Assist in planning content calendars and marketing initiatives</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Experience in marketing, designing or a related creative field</li><li>Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills</li><li>Proficient in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar)</li><li>Good eye for aesthetics, composition, and branding</li><li>Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects</li><li>Experience with caf&eacute;, food, lifestyle, or floral brands is a plus</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Someone creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about design and marketing</li><li>A self-starter who can turn ideas into visually compelling content</li><li>Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
