 Legal Assistant Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and legal professionals

 Screen calls, manage email and voicemail communications, and maintain attorney calendars
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate meetings, handle travel arrangements, and prepare detailed expense reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft and format correspondence, presentations, and legal documents with a sharp eye for grammar and formatting
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage matter intake processes, conflict checks, and maintain accurate client records
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with billing processes and act as liaison with accounting as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 File documents electronically, manage legal correspondence, and maintain accurate case files
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize Microsoft Office, legal document management systems, and proofreading tools to ensure high-quality deliverables
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the department&rsquo;s workflow through collaboration and overflow task management
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in pilot programs and special projects across the office
 </li>

 Legal Assistant
 
 Requirements:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelors degree preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, ideally in a legal or financial environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
 </li>
 <li>
 Legal practice experience in M&amp;A, capital markets, banking, or private equity preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with document management systems and Visio preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication, time management, and customer service skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask, adapt to shifting priorities, and maintain confidentiality
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail, independent judgment, and a proactive mindset
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 This position offers a flexible hybrid working schedule in their Midtown Manhattan office. The position can pay between $90,000-120,000 annually with bonus eligibility and provides comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), life insurance, and wellness programs

 Sr. Supply Chain Analyst
 
 to support data-driven decision-making across supply chain and procurement functions with a client in the greater San Francisco area! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, building meaningful reports, and translating data into insights that leadership can act on.
 
 
 In this role, you&rsquo;ll work heavily with
 
 SAP and other enterprise systems

 advanced Excel skills
 
 to analyze trends, track performance, and support operational and strategic initiatives. You&rsquo;ll partner closely with teams across supply chain, procurement, finance, and operations to ensure data accuracy and deliver clear, actionable insights.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing

 Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH; macros preferred)

 Experience analyzing supply chain or procurement data
 </li>

 Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
