 This person will drive organic growth for clients in the eCommerce space while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
 
 
 In this role, you&rsquo;ll lead technical and content optimization strategies that boost search rankings, increase visibility, and deliver sustainable traffic to the online stores of their clients. You&rsquo;ll also serve as the primary SEO point of contact for clients, ensuring strategies align with their goals, expectations are managed, and results are clearly communicated.
 
 
 This is a long term contract opportunity here in Chicago, 30-40 hours a week.
 
 
 Full-time hours and onsite 1-2 days a week.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and execute SEO strategies to grow organic traffic and conversions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the main SEO contact for clients, managing relationships, communicating performance updates, and setting clear expectations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct site audits and fix technical SEO issues (site speed, indexing, mobile).
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize site architecture, metadata, internal linking, and structured data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and identify content gaps.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with content teams to create and optimize high-ranking, customer-focused copy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track performance with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush; provide regular, data-driven reports and recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay ahead of SEO trends, algorithm updates, AI-driven search innovations, and eCommerce best practices.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in eCommerce.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success improving rankings, traffic, and conversions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong relationship management skills with experience working directly with clients or stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills for translating SEO data into actionable, business-friendly insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of technical SEO, search algorithms, and site architecture.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with CMS platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WordPress.

 to provide dedicated support to the CHRO. As a key member of the HR team, this role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing sensitive matters and interacting with senior leadership and board members.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide direct administrative support to the CHRO, serving as a trusted partner and representative.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage a complex calendar with competing priorities, scheduling high-level meetings with urgency and confidentiality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, itineraries, and expense reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Answer and route phone calls professionally and handle internal/external inquiries with diplomacy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence and board communications; prepare selective summaries and follow-up actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with senior leadership team members, board contacts, and executive assistants across the organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support meeting preparation and execution, including agendas, speaking notes, logistics, and conference/event registrations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead or assist with special projects as requested by the CHRO.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain the highest standard of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business management or related field; or training in executive assistant/administrative studies.
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably within a corporate environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional organizational skills &ndash; strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills &ndash; polished written and verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tech savvy &ndash; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Teams, and ability to adapt quickly to new technology and project management tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting board communications is highly preferred.
