Job Title: Part-Time Medical Office AdministratorCompany: LabNowLocation: Cliffside Park / Edgewater, NJSchedule: Monday &ndash; Saturday 7:00 AM &ndash; 1:00 PMAbout Us: LabNow is a modern, spa-like blood collection and preventive wellness center focused on providing a much better experience than traditional labs. We help clients take ownership of their health through affordable, direct-access blood testing in a calm and welcoming environment.Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Medical Office Administrator to join our team. Prior medical office experience is required. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable interacting with patients, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Medical office experience is REQUIRED. Please do not apply without prior experience working in a medical office, doctor's office, laboratory, urgent care, or similar healthcare setting.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and check in clients in a warm and professional manner</li><li>Complete patient intake and ensure all required forms are accurate and complete</li><li>Process payments and explain pricing to clients</li><li>Enter and order blood tests through the laboratory portal</li><li>Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries</li><li>Conduct follow-up calls and email communication with clients</li><li>Schedule appointments and manage daily calendar flow</li><li>Maintain accurate records and ensure all client information is entered correctly</li><li>Coordinate with laboratory portals and assist with administrative workflow</li><li>Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>REQUIRED: Previous experience in a medical office, laboratory, urgent care, physician office, or similar healthcare environment</li><li>Strong computer skills and ability to learn medical and lab ordering portals quickly</li><li>Comfortable handling phone calls, emails, and client communication</li><li>Experience with patient intake, payment processing, and scheduling</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor</li><li>Ability to multitask and work independently</li><li>Experience with blood work ordering, EMR/EHR systems, IntakeQ, PracticeQ, or lab portals is a plus</li></ul>Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience.To Apply: Please send your resume along with a brief description of your medical office experience and why you would be a good fit for LabNow.Pay: $16.00 - $16.25 per hourWork Location: In person
