Job Purpose: The Purchase Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all purchasing activities in the factory. The role ensures that materials, supplies, and services are purchased at the right quality, price, and time to support factory operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily purchasing operations and team performance.</li><li>Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and secure the best deals.</li><li>Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and standards.</li><li>Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.</li><li>Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and finance departments for requirements.</li><li>Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.</li><li>Monitor market trends and update management on cost-saving opportunities.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier information.</li><li>Report to management about purchasing status and issues.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in F&amp;B or manufacturing.</li><li>Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication in Arabic and English (speaking and writing).</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.</li><li>Leadership and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

The role ensures smooth daily operations, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and manage the Security, Purchase, and Maintenance departments.</li><li>Ensure the safety and security of the factory premises, employees, and assets.</li><li>Supervise purchasing activities, negotiate with suppliers, and control costs.</li><li>Monitor and manage maintenance activities for all equipment, facilities, and utilities.</li><li>Develop and implement administrative policies, systems, and procedures.</li><li>Control department budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Coordinate with senior management to align administration functions with company goals.</li><li>Lead, train, and evaluate departmental staff performance.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on administration, security, purchasing, and maintenance operations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus).</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;7 years of experience in administration management, preferably in manufacturing or F&amp;B sector.</li><li>Strong leadership and people management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication in Arabic and English (speaking and writing).</li><li>Knowledge of UAE labor law, safety procedures, and purchasing practices.</li><li>Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
