Responsibilities :<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and support roles</li><li>Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates</li><li>Handle offer rollouts, onboarding formalities, and induction sessions</li><li>Conduct orientation for new employees and ensure smooth integration</li><li>Maintain HR records, databases, and documentation</li><li>Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave tracking</li><li>Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives</li><li>Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution</li><li>Enforce company HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws</li><li>Continuously improve HR operations and employee experience</li></ul>Requirements :<ul><li>MBA/Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT background</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical recruitment</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities</li><li>In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends</li><li>Proficient with job portals, recruitment tools, and MS Office</li><li>Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor</li><li>Highly process-driven and well-organized</li><li>Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Recruiting: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
