You&rsquo;ll be responsible for developing social ad assets and email campaigns, including both visuals and copywriting that reflect each brand&rsquo;s voice and drive performance.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and produce social ad assets for Meta and other social platforms</li><li>Design and build email campaigns in platforms such as Klaviyo</li><li>Write clear, persuasive copy for social ads and email campaigns</li><li>Create engaging organic social content for Labyrinth Digital&rsquo;s Instagram and LinkedIn</li><li>Provide ad hoc design support for website and landing pages</li><li>Collaborate with strategy teams to align creative with campaign objectives</li><li>Adapt creative concepts across different audiences and platforms</li><li>Stay current on trends in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design or content creation</li><li>Proven ability to produce both visual and written content (portfolio required)</li><li>Experience with video editing</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Highly organized and ability to manage multiple projects independently</li><li>Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools</li><li>Nice to have: Experience working with eCommerce brands</li><li>Nice to have: Experience using Monday.com for project management</li></ul>Salary Range$55,000-$65,000 per year + BonusThe Benefits<ul><li>Unlimited vacation and sick time (with approval)</li><li>401K retirement plan with 4% match</li><li>Healthcare</li><li>Work from home</li><li>Computer</li></ul>About UsWe are a growth marketing agency based in Denver, CO and we&rsquo;re all about strategy, analytics, media buying, and email marketing for eCommerce businesses in the health, fitness, and outdoor industries.
