We’re seeking a highly experienced Email Strategy Consultant to lead strategic engagements for enterprise-level clients, with a focus on B2B and financial services organizations. This is a consulting-only role—ideal for someone who operates as a strategic advisor, not a day-to-day executor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end email strategy development for enterprise clients, from audit through roadmap creation
- Conduct deep audits of existing email programs, including lifecycle architecture, segmentation, deliverability, and performance
- Advise on segmentation strategy, data infrastructure, and personalization at scale
- Perform competitive and industry analysis to identify opportunities and benchmarks
- Synthesize findings into clear, compelling strategic recommendations
- Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that communicate insights, opportunities, and roadmaps
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing, with a strong focus on strategy and consulting
- Proven experience working with enterprise organizations
- Strong knowledge of CRM and Marketo
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into strategic insights
