 We are currently looking for Supervision - Senior Resident Engineer arabic speaker with minimum 15 years experience in the field of Construction and supervision for plenty of projects as a Civil Engineer consisting of residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments projects with professional background as Consultant, s / Contractor&rsquo;s agent&nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conducting Professional site supervision of all civil and architectural works.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reviewing civil materials and concrete mix design submittals and coordinated with the Employer/ID designer for the finishing and ID material.
 </li>
 <li>
 Involved in reviewing MEP material submittals, MEP shop drawings and the executed MEP works Cross checked bar bending schedules and reinforcement details
 </li>
 <li>
 Involved in preparing and reviewing Contractor's weekly / monthly construction progress reports Evaluated, prepared and issued monthly Payment Certificates, Taking over Certificates and Defects Liability Certificates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reviewing coordination shop drawings and conducted productive coordination meetings conducted weekly progress meetings and prepared the minutes of meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Involved in the Contractor's resources allocation &amp; planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Involved in and proposed ideas for the Contractor's construction methodology of all the site activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Reviewing the Contractor's CL.14 program
 </li>
 <li>
 Reviewing the Contractor's EOT claims and issued recommendations to the Employer and determinations to the Contractor after due consultation with the Employer and Contractor
 </li>
 <li>
 Reviewing variation claims and issued recommendations to the Employer and variation orders to the Contractor after due consultation with the Employer and Contractor
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting necessary mediation &amp; conciliation when disputes arise among the Contract parties to reach amicable solutions and issued an Engineer's decision when required
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting the Employer in nominating suppliers/subcontractors for works under Prime Costs or Provisional Sums
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 15+ years of experience in Construction field as Senior Resident Engineer as a Consultant.
 </li>
 <li>
 Society of Engineers (SOE - UAE) valid Member
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Leadership, communication and coordination skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE
 </li>

 Senior BIM Architect
 
 with minimum 8 years experience in Design Development stage consisting of residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments projects in a Consultancy firm. Working closely with Design Team, Authorities and Client representative across a wide array of developments.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure development &amp; management of the assigned projects by understanding the client requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Co ordination with Senior management for the policies/strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Co ordination with PM, other departments &amp; consultants for assigned projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend client/authority meeting as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate the project team needs and discuss with Senior Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure full design compliance with the authority requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop, Co ordinate &amp; Organize the design/submission along with team members
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely completion of the assigned project
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure QA/QC compliance before the project delivery
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
 </li>
 <li>
 8+ years of experience in architecture (Design Development)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
 </li>
 <li>
 IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably in UAE
 </li>
