Senior BIM Architect

We are currently looking for Senior BIM Architect with minimum 8 years experience in Design Development stage consisting of residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments projects in a Consultancy firm. Working closely with Design Team, Authorities and Client representative across a wide array of developments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure development & management of the assigned projects by understanding the client requirements.
• Co ordination with Senior management for the policies/strategies
• Co ordination with PM, other departments & consultants for assigned projects
• Attend client/authority meeting as required
• Evaluate the project team needs and discuss with Senior Management
• Ensure full design compliance with the authority requirements
• Develop, Co ordinate & Organize the design/submission along with team members
• Ensure timely completion of the assigned project
• Ensure QA/QC compliance before the project delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• 8+ years of experience in architecture (Design Development)
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE
• Preferably in UAE
