 Our Senior Sales Analyst will be responsible for Cement &amp; Ready-mix sales reporting and performance analysis in order to support the sales decision making process in a timely &amp; effective manner.
 </li>

 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 1-Health &amp; Safety:

 Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation and policies and ensure that highest degree of safety and safe working practices are maintained.

 2-Functional:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Contribute to the yearly management cycle deliverables (MTP, Budget, Commercial strategy &amp; rolling forecast)

 Support in maintaining a solid price structure (i.e. list price, discount and rebate management) in full compliance with Group guidelines and local regulations and advise commercial team on this topic.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the SIP cycle by monitoring sales performance against budget for both Cement &amp; RMX.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and develop reports using QlikView tool to allow better performance monitoring in addition to ensuring effective deployment and usage of the group standard tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Discovering areas of opportunities &amp; threats through monitoring actual performance VS target
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute effectively in month end closing activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct profitability analysis for customer groups &amp; different markets till the level of reaching profitability per customer.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collecting cement market data (sales volume, prices, and production) from governmental authorities and sales team members for analysis in order to determine LCE position within the market.
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing reports on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly &amp; yearly basis order to support the Sales decision making process in a timely &amp; effective manner for both Cement &amp; RMX.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare frequent reports requested from governmental ministries &amp; authorities to ensure that LCE abides by all legal regulations of the cement industry.
 </li>

This includes supporting continuous improvement and compliance with HSE standards, as well as Process Safety Management (PSM) and operational controls implementation. Analyze, develop, and review structured documented programs currently in use, employing the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) methodology to ensure alignment with business strategies.

 Define, support &amp; follow up the implementation plans of Group and country HSE Standards across all departments within the plant. To ensure compliance and adherence to Lafarge HSMS and applicable HSE local laws

 Deployment of country programs covering the group recommendations including document controlling system

 Monitoring, checking efficient implementation the Critical Control Management (CCM) &amp; Process safety Management (PSM) related actions closure and suitability

 Manage HSE inspections and internal HSMS audits considering line management involvement

 Training, mentoring, and guiding team members in new processes
 </li>

 Support plant in identifying HSE / Green CAPEX budget based on compliance level and group requirements

 Improve technical Capability of sites HSE Champions and Maintaining champions list updated and reviewed periodically within all BUs with clear succession plans, through group training and webinars or externally if necessary.

 Lead or support in system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation projects, along with the service provider.

 Ensure HR processes are effectively automated and optimized through the HRIS.

 2) HR Data Analysis &amp; Reporting:

 Develop and deliver HR dashboards, KPIs, and ad hoc reports to support business needs.
 </li>

 Analyze workforce data (e.g., headcount, turnover, absenteeism, compensation, diversity, etc.) to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.

 <li>
 Support strategic HR planning with data-driven forecasts and modeling to ensure market competitiveness.

 Partner with Finance and Total Rewards departments to provide accurate workforce metrics for planning, benchmarking &amp; budgeting.
