 Plan, coordinate and implement defensive driving training (Smith System)
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide support to site managers &amp; directly influences the behavior, performance and knowledge base of drivers
 </li>
 <li>
 Communication of logistics advisory safety management
 </li>

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 1-Health &amp; Safety:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation and policies and ensure that highest degree of safety and safe working practices are maintained.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 2-Functional:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assess new applicant drivers before commencing work Participate in internal RT audits
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist Road transport &amp; site responsible in implementing pre start check.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist site managers in preparation of roads &amp; sites risk assessments and inspection process
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in RT incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify driver's strengths and weaknesses and provide personalized, practical solutions to various driving deficiencies or disadvantages
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct TBT for working at height road black spots, near miss, journey plan, journey management &amp; fatigue management
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform driver feedback program
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate driver violation report
 </li>
 <li>
 Review driver performance dashboard
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform driver drug test
 </li>
 <li>
 Log all driver drug test results
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare black list for positive drug test result
 </li>
 <li>
 Accountable for the iVMS devices to monitor the road safety rest hours.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assure the driver rest hours is complying with RS standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Report any deviation with reference to RS rest hours.
 </li>
 <li>
 Log all trucks activities in logistics utilization sheet
 </li>
 <li>
 Control the fatigue management of the drivers and assure driver is having 8 hrs/day as a rest time
 </li>
 <li>
 Assure driver is complying with 6/1 fatigue policy
 </li>
 <li>
 Report any system failure regarding the tracking application
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ability to train, conduct TBT for road transport safety requirements.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Technical Ski
 
 lls:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Valid driving license Class A
 </li>
 <li>
 Computer literate.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certified Smith System trainer
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 At least 5-7 years as a driver
 </li>
