Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet hall, your positive attitude and attention to detail will be essential to success.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.</li><li>Manage POS transactions efficiently using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, accurately handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and health regulations.</li><li>Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs for replenishment to ensure smooth service flow.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during events like banquets or catering functions.</li><li>Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs, recognizing intoxication signs, and adhering to legal regulations.</li><li>Assist in training new team members on proper serving techniques, POS operation, and customer service expectations.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet halls.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems including Clover POS or Micros POS; experience with cashiering and cash handling is essential.</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service.</li><li>Experience working with diverse clientele in hospitality settings like brewing establishments or catering events is preferred.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills combined with basic math proficiency for accurate order processing and billing.</li><li>Previous retail math experience helpful for inventory management and sales tracking.
