Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator &ndash; Front OfficeWe are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team of dental professionals. This is a critical front office role requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental front office setting. Only applicants who meet this requirement will be considered.As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of front office functions while delivering outstanding service to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Greeting and checking in patients while creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere</li><li>Scheduling and confirming appointments to optimize provider productivity</li><li>Preparing and presenting treatment plans in coordination with clinical staff</li><li>Insurance benefits knowledge, obtaining pre-authorizations, and clearly communicating financial responsibilities to patients</li><li>Collecting, reviewing, and updating patient information in the electronic records system</li><li>Managing billing, payment processing, and patient account inquiries</li><li>Handling incoming calls and providing accurate information in a courteous manner</li><li>Supporting clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience</li><li>Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient front office environment</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience is REQUIRED</li><li>Proficiency in dental software and electronic health record systems</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of dental insurance, billing, and treatment planning</li><li>Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism</li><li>Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures</li></ul>We are looking for a committed professional who thrives in a team-based environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
