Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant/RDA to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a strong understanding of dental procedures. This role involves assisting the dentist during various treatments, ensuring a smooth workflow, and maintaining a welcoming environment for patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
• Take imaging, including X-rays, and ensure accurate documentation of records.
• Manage patient flow by preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant/RDA is preferred.
• Proficiency in dental imaging techniques and familiarity with dental software systems is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Certification in dental assisting, x-ray certification or RDA license is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
