Here's a summary of what's required:Job Title: Scheduler/AideWork Hours: 5 days a week, 8 am to 5 pmResponsibilities:Scheduling Patients: Efficiently schedule patient appointments, considering the availability of Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA).Patient Coordination: Ensure smooth and timely patient visits, working closely with PTs and PTAs to coordinate their schedules.Communication Skills: Maintain good written and verbal communication skills to interact with patients, answer inquiries, and provide necessary information.
