Incumbents assist in the preparation and administration of court budgets, administration of court fiscal procedures and contracts, administration of court personnel policies and procedures, administration of assigned information technology projects, and analysis of issues affecting court operations.HOW TO APPLY All applicants must submit a completed Superior Court of California, County of Lake application form. Before appointment candidates must provide documents evidencing identity and authority to work in the United States.Veteran's PreferenceVeterans of the Armed Forces of the United States who have received Honorable Discharges shall be given preference in the form of an additional 5 points added to his/her final composite examination score. The examination score must be 70 or higher to receive veteran preference points in the initial appointment to Court service. Such preference shall apply only to the first appointment to any regular Court position. Such preference shall be given to individuals discharged within the last three (3) years.
