We provide competitive wages in the industry, vacation time, holiday pay and a retirement match program to all full-time employees.We are seeking a full-time Commercial / Residential Service Coordinator/Dispatcher, The ideal candidate will be reliable, results-oriented, self-motivated, flexible and have a positive attitude. In this role, you will be required to:Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assess Client Needs: Evaluate client requirements and develop customized service plans.</li><li>Coordinate Services: Schedule appointments, manage service visits, and dispatch technicians or</li><li>service providers.</li><li>Client Communication: Keep clients informed about service status, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints.</li><li>Liaison with Providers: Work closely with service providers to ensure services meet client expectations and negotiate contracts or agreements when necessary.</li><li>Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of services, client feedback, and service outcomes to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvements.</li><li>Reporting: Prepare reports on service activities and outcomes for management review.</li><li>Quality Improvement: Conduct client satisfaction surveys and implement improvements based on feedback.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and service teams.</li><li>Organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple services and appointments efficiently.</li><li>Problem-solving abilities to address client issues and service delivery challenges</li><li>Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and monitoring service quality.</li><li>Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and service standards, particularly in healthcare or social services.</li><li>Coordinate service efforts with all office staff.</li><li>Be detail oriented.</li><li>Be a team player.</li></ul>Benefits &amp; Compensation:<ul><li>Pay will depend on experience and qualifications.</li><li>Paid holidays.</li><li>Paid time off.</li><li>Simple IRA: Up to 3% match.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>High school diploma/GED required (Associated degree or higher education is preferred).</li><li>Strong negotiating and communication skills required.</li><li>Must be eligible to work in the United States.</li><li>Dependable and have a great work ethic.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $24.10 - $29.02 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
